Blown film is a plastic processing method, specifically refers to the plastic particles after heating and melting, through a specific process blown into a film. This process usually involves extruding the polymer into a tubular film blank, in a good melt flow state, using high-pressure air to inflate the tube film to the desired thickness, and then cooling and setting into a thin film.
"Casting" refers to a plastic film production process. In this process, the raw material is first plasticized and melted by a melting device, such as an extruder, and then extruded through a specific die to form a film or sheet. Next, these films or sheets are cooled and solidified, and finally wound up and subsequently processed.
By injecting the molten plastic into the mold of the plastic product by pressure, the desired plastic product can be made after the plastic is cooled.
