Product Introduction

KML 919 is a smooth masterbatch for PE film. By adding high purity erucic acid amide, the film is endowed with excellent smooth performance, smooth and odorless, and can strictly ensure the microscopic smoothness of the film surface. It is generally used at the same time as anti-adhesion masterbatch or resin containing anti-adhesion components.

● Application

Suitable for LLDPE, LDPE, EVA, PP packaging film, garment packaging bags, single-layer or multi-layer extrusion film, etc.

● Method of use

The amount of the masterbatch is determined according to the customer's specific requirements for the coefficient of friction of the film, and the addition amount is controlled at 1% to 4%. Under normal conditions, it has little effect on the corona, heat sealing and adhesion of the film. However, when used in conjunction with other precipitation additives, such as antistatic agents and ultraviolet absorbers, it must be carefully tested and evaluated.

● Packaging & Storage

KML 919 are packed in polyethylene bags of 25kg each, and the whole is covered with shrink film and carried on pallets. For better performance, the storage period should not exceed 12 months at a temperature of 25°C.
