KML 528 is a highly transparent anti-blocking masterbatch for PE film. The addition of high-purity synthetic silicon gives the film excellent anti-blocking properties without affecting the optical properties of the film.

● Method of use

KML 528 has excellent opening performance and good dispersion performance, mainly used in the film requiring high transparency, especially suitable for co-extrusion film and cast film production.

The adhesion test method of the film is to adjust the sample under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, and then test the force required to separate the two layers of film. It is recommended to add a ratio:

KML 528 can be applied to food packaging according to the following requirements

● Packaging & Storage

KML 528 are packed in polyethylene bags of 25kg each, and the whole is covered with shrink film and carried on pallets. For better performance, the storage period should not exceed 12 months at a temperature of 25°C.
