KML 908 is a complex functional masterbatch with excellent anti-adhesion and smooth effect, using high purity erucamide slip agent. Smooth and no odor, can effectively control the film surface friction coefficient; add large particle size of natural silicon opening agent, with excellent high dispersion and low precipitation, strictly ensure the microscopic smoothness of the film surface, suitable for the production of gravure printing film.

● Application

Suitable for single-layer or multi-layer co-extrusion film forming process, applied to gravure printing film. Food packaging film, multi-layer co-extruded film, etc.

● Method of use

The anti-stick slip masterbatch KML is 908 used in production at temperatures not higher than 280°C. The proportion of recommend added is between 0.5 and 3.0%, depending on its smooth and anti-blocking effect. In general, the recommended dosage is as follows:

If excessive migration additives are added, such as oleic acid amide and erucic acid amide, etc., it may cause problems such as screw slippage, poor adhesion of printing ink, heat sealing and reduced adhesive strength. When used in combination with antistatic agents, ultraviolet light stabilizers, etc., the above unexpected results may occur, so it is necessary to evaluate the entire additive combination.

● Packaging & Storage

KML 908 are packed in polyethylene bags of 25kg each, and the whole is covered with shrink film and carried on pallets. For optimum performance, the storage period should preferably not exceed 6 months at a temperature of 25°C.
