KML 925N is an excellent open slip masterbatch, which can be used for the production of LDPE, LLDPE, M-LLDPE and EVA films, especially for high transparency films of 20 ~ 100μm.

● Method of use

KML 925N is mainly added to the film heat seal layer. In order to obtain good smoothness and anti-sticking property, 2.0% is recommend added when the film thickness is greater than 50μm, and 3.0% is recommend added when the film thickness is less than 50μm. Application examples:

Resin: LDPE MFI = 2g/10min, density: 0.92g/cm3 without additives; Film: Add. 03% KML 925N to make blown film with a thickness of 50μm.

KML 925N can be applied to food packaging FDA unlimited according to the following requirements

● Packaging & Storage

KML 925N is packed in polyethylene bags of 25kg each, covered with shrink film and carried on pallets. For optimum performance, the storage period should preferably not exceed 6 months at a temperature of 25°C.
