KML 622K is a polyethylene antistatic masterbatch produced by using large molecular weight antistatic agent. The film produced by the masterbatch hardly precipitates, has no greasy feeling, and has long-term antistatic effect. It is especially suitable for antistatic of powder and electronic packaging film, and has less attenuation after solvent-free compounding.

● Application

KML 622K is generally used in film production.

● Method of use

According to the characteristics of KML 622K masterbatch, the antistatic layer required for the film should be added when used, and the addition amount should be controlled at 2.0%~ 5.0%. Customers can add a larger proportion according to their actual situation.

KML 622K can be applied to food packaging according to the following requirements

● Packaging & Storage

KML 622K is packed in polyethylene bags of 25kg each, covered with shrink film and carried on pallets. For better performance, the storage period should not exceed 12 months at a temperature of 25°C.
