Product Introduction

KML PP10 is an anti-adhesion masterbatch containing synthetic silica with homopolypropylene as the carrier. After adding the anti-adhesion masterbatch, it can prevent the film from sticking during winding, and can adjust the sliding and antistatic properties of the film containing additives, so that the film roll can be more smoothly during unwinding and slitting.

● Method of use

KML PP10 has excellent dispersion and good transparency.

KML PP10 open masterbatch usually only needs to be added to the surface layer, and the recommended addition amount is 1.0~2.0. KML PP10 is especially suitable for light film, which can reduce the loss of rigidity.

KML PP10 can be applied to food packaging according to the following requirements

● Packaging & Storage

KML PP10 is packed in polyethylene bags of 25kg each, covered with shrink film and carried on pallets. For optimum performance, the storage period should preferably not exceed 12 months at a temperature of 25°C.
