● Method of use

KML PP058 is an anti-sticking slip masterbatch with excellent dispersibility, very low haze, and can withstand processing temperatures of 280°C without thermal decomposition.

It is often desirable to properly evaluate the anti-slip masterbatch used in the film skin layer, and the interaction between the film skin layer and the compounds that migrate from the inner layer of the film is very important to the optical, electrostatic and slip properties of the film.

The addition ratio of KML PP058 recommend in the film surface layer is 2.0~3.0%.

KML PP058 can be applied to food packaging according to the following requirements

● Packaging & Storage

KML PP058 is packed in polyethylene bags of 25kg each, covered with shrink film and carried on pallets. For optimum performance, the storage period should preferably not exceed 6 months at a temperature of 25°C.
